Our goal is a simple one.. produce the highest quality haunt experience available. We utilize sets worthy of a Broadway production, professional
actors and special effects produce a theatrical experience unlike any other.
We now have over 25,000 sq ft of haunted house space for the 2024 season!
Swamp Walkers Revenge:
The undead have infested Riverside once again. However, this time they are hunting YOU. You will not be armed with paintballs. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is getting to the Safe Zone without getting annihilated by the Walker horde. First you will ride in a military transport vehicle to the drop off point and then you will have to evade the Walkers until you reach the Safe Zone. Do you have what it takes to escape our Zombie trail?
Walk amoungst the dead from the 1800's and hear stories of those whose mortal remains lie beneath your feet. Join us as we take you on a walking tour of Chamber Springs and the Warehouse of Fear Haunted House. Learn a little history and a lot of ghost stories. Hear spooky tales from the ones that have experienced it. The tour includes an actual cemetary from the 1800's and a behind the scenes look at the Warehous of Fear and the ghosts who inhabit it.
No Scare Night - Thursday, October 24:
Join us for our first No Scare Night at the Warehouse of Fear! Enjoy a walkthrough of our entire haunt without those mischevious monsters waiting around every corner. THis event provides all the sights, sounds, and smells of a haunted house, without the scare factor!

The haunted house rooms were amazingly decorated. There was so much stuff to look at. A few good jump scares. Would like to of seen more actors but it was the first weekend open. still pretty good, would go back.

Can’t stop talking about this one!!!!
Attended the haunted attractions on a Friday night. We were a group of 7 and my 9 years old, who was terrified during the trail, can’t stop talking about it and prods me to go again. My mom surprisingly fared better than me in handling the scares. The riverside pirate ship was awesome. Warehouse had creepy sets with differently themed rooms. You feel like walking in/out of a Hollywood movie set. Actors’ performed professionally throughout the haunt. Good quality scares as well. I would recommend this place to everyone.

OMG!!!
OMG! What an experience. The walk through the 10 acres of chills and thrills was an unforgettable experience. Scares came from all sides, often freaking us out. My girlfriend screamed out loud in couple of instances. Will definitely want to do it next year.

Great place to have fun
It had many nerve-wracking terror moments, jump scares, props and scary sets that rivals Hollywood movies. The rooms had different themes with great attention to details. Few of the scares actually scared the daylight out of us. A great place to have fun during Halloween. I will visit again next year.

Very well done. Scares were intense and well timed in terms of execution. I was startled off my feet few times. My cousin was chased by a grotesque character for some distance. Yes, it was fun to watch as long as you are not the victim. The warehouse had creepy sets, scary props and good quality scares. Few of those actually surprised me. The rooms appeared like a movie set.

Unique and wonderful
This was my first visit. My friends recommended this place to me. I went and it was a unique and wonderful experience. My favourite was the Swamp Walker Trail. It was pretty scary and long walkthrough. Reasonably priced as well.

Fantastic experience
We went to the murder mystery and we had a fantastic time. The actors were great and the experience was awesome. Warehouse of fear was super creepy. Lots of pop out scares and props, as well as actors in creepy costumes chasing you around. Unlike last time, you are unarmed and no place to hide either. It was a pretty exciting few minutes to say the least. The walkthrough was so spooky. A memorable event.

An endless maze of imaginative terrors! I loved the attention to decorative detail. My husband loved it too.
